I have a Main form with a subform named Payments.
I have a button on the main form named NewPaymentEntry  that opens a small
popup form to enter a new payment.
There is a "Save" , "Cancel", and "Close" button.

When entering data into a continuous form in A2003, if I click the
"New Record" button on the navigation bar, the form scrolls and places
the new record at the top of the details section ready for data
entry.  The data can then be entered in the usual manner.

I have created a 2002 access database for which I want to lock
