I have a bound textfield in my form. In the beforeupdate event of that field I want to refer to that field's value. What's the easiest way to refer to that field's value? st = MyFieldName works but I'd rather refer in a more generic way like

I have an Office 2003 database with custom menu bars that work fine under Access 2007 with the following exception. The Officelinks menu item, "Analyze it with Microsoft Office Excel" is grey out and won't work.

I have a date field in a database. I have been given forms to be printed out. The problem is that the form requires the date to be printed out in 3 seperate parts. In the form day month and year.

The raw order data that is imported into my database contains the price of each product including UK VAT (17.5%). The client needs to show VAT separately in reports, so I have to strip out the VAT from the raw data, show the sub total, show the VAT and show the total.

I have googled for 2 days and tried every example I can find to use ADODB to query a table from VBA. I'm using Access 2003. In all cases, the error I get is something to the tune of "you left a required parameter blank". I even tried plugging in all the Optional parameters,
