I am designing a simple application which has school records in one
table. In a related table, I store school's comments, which essentially
are feedback gathered about the school. This table has a memo field
which stores the actual feedback.

Is there any kind of Browse dialog available?  I currently use an Open File
dialog which is great for selecting files, but sucks (it's confusing) when
you're trying to set a directory (since you have to select a file for a
value to register).  Is there any alternative?
