I am still looking for a way to start one database with another.  That is, I
have a form where the user can click a button that closes the existing
database and opens an another one.  Does anyone know how to do that???

I have two queries each of which having a column that I want to sum,
and then add the two sums together.  When I sum one query or the
other, I get reasonable numbers.  But when I try to add the two sums
together I'm getting a ridiculously high number.

I'm exporting some data to excel but am having trouble getting Access
to 'release' Excel.
What i want to achieve is to open excel, export some data then leave
excel open so that the user can them manipulate the excel spreadsheet

The following query gives me the right output, but takes almost 10
minutes to run...
