Microsoft needs to fix this bug!
When compacting a DB on a network drive the original file stays and it
creates the compacted one with the name db1.  For whatever reason it does not
delete the old file and rename the new one.

Are there rules of thumb? Back in the days before Microsoft vanquished
programming efficiency, you could calculate sizes fairly precisely  -
multiply integers by 2 and longs by 4 and so forth (allowing an
address table and code and certain overhead).

Hi, I have a few queries that I use to display data as graphs (pivotchart
view). I inserted all the graphs in a Form through Subforms (using the
queries directly as the source objects of the Subforms), so that each Subform
displays one query, always in pivotchart view.
