sometime, I open outlook 2007 and got this error message box, click on Ok button, it came back right away. the error show below. "Outlook cannot add the folder because creating a new Personal Folders(.pst) file isn't allowed on this computer."

I'm pulling my hair out trying to wrap my head around something that I'm sure that there's a solution to. My database has a warning form that's based on a query. The form pops up if a datediff function in the query pulls a record that's been there for seven or more days.
