have only seen "solutions" that bypassed the issue, such as linking, or

All-
I am simply trying to rename a report from "rptMasterTreatmentPlan2" to
"rptMasterTreatmentPlan".  I just deleted an object called
"rptMasterTreatmentPlan" but apparently it is still lingering around
