Hi, I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight on the average
formula in Access 2007.

I have a current validation rule for a TEXT data type that is: Is Null Or
Like "??????" (so the user must enter 6 characters, which will always be
mixed between numerals and alpha characters).

Maximum of 8 characters (but could be just one i.e. anything from 1-8)

My query BAXSaver Canada has 4224 line of data. I'm trying to creat another
query change changes my 4 to 3, but I'm getting back fewer lines (3734). Why?

I have a Access 2007 database we are about to deploy as a stand alone.  On
PC's this is easy, but I have more than a few MAC's that are going to need
this app.  It is my understanding that they will need to be running either XP
or Vista for this to run for them? Am I  correct?  ...

Our company will be upgrading from 2003 to 2007 in the fall.  We have a dozen
or so databases in wide use, some in 2000 format/some in 2003 format.  
Reading other posts it appears there is pretty good backward/forward
compatibility, but we'd really like to test that before D-Day. ...
