I am running a query that I need a "Not" criteria to leave out all records

I am using A2003 on XP-Pro.  I am wondering if anyone is aware of a template
or sample of a meeting database?  The only one I've found is for A2007.  Need

I have queries that I run monthly where the results are not displayed how I
want them to be.  
My queries are set up as follows: delete query, append query, and then a  
select query that sorts the appended data in the table. The queries dump data

I find that when I insert a picture I cannot position it on the page.
Before I could select the picture On the small Picture Toolbar, click Text
Wrap, choose tight and from then on I could move the picture around.
