When I run a query i receive a error message in the cost/currency field. The error message is meant to represent 0. Does anyone know how to change the error message so it reads 0. I have tried to put a delfault value of 0 in the cost field but it didnt work.

I have created a access database (and backed it up). A glitch on my PC meant that I had to reinstall MS Office. Now I cannot open the database (or it's backups); error message is "Unrecognised database format". Other .mdb files open OK.

I have a database for recroding proposals in my unit. Each proposals has a descriptive part that use Khmer script (thru legacy font). Since Access does not handle RTF very well (limited to legacy font), I have opted to use FMS's Total Access Memo.
