How do you attach a title to a pivot table?

We have a database that was accidently locked and won't unlock.
There is an LDB file there but not sure if we can just delete it?

I'm trying to copy data from one column of one table to another column in
another table. I've made sure that both the columns have the same field
size/type, etc..
Only 12 out of my 263 records won't paste- and I am getting an error that

In access 2002 when you do a file open you had a Favorites folder on the open
screen. it no longer appears in Access 2007.  Can this be done in access 2007?

Okay - I am trying to take my list of names and addresses and "dedupe" it.  
The instructions I have received in the past from Microsoft is to create a
query and then hit the "totals" icon and group all of the fields by var
except for the field that has the info I want to dedupe.

Why is it, while Debugging, sometimes the value of a variable does NOT appear
when the cursor is over that variable??
How do I ensure the value of the variable always appears?

Iv created an access database using tables & forms.  I have command buttons
which input relivant data into text boxes which is then saved in a table.
However, i wondered if i could get text boxes to automatically calculate
