I'm trying to copy data from one column of one table to another column in
another table. I've made sure that both the columns have the same field
size/type, etc..

In access 2002 when you do a file open you had a Favorites folder on the open
screen. it no longer appears in Access 2007.  Can this be done in access 2007?

Okay - I am trying to take my list of names and addresses and "dedupe" it.  
The instructions I have received in the past from Microsoft is to create a
query and then hit the "totals" icon and group all of the fields by var
except for the field that has the info I want to dedupe.

Iv created an access database using tables & forms.  I have command buttons
which input relivant data into text boxes which is then saved in a table.
