I'm trying to copy data from one column of one table to another column in another table. I've made sure that both the columns have the same field size/type, etc.. Only 12 out of my 263 records won't paste- and I am getting an error that

In access 2002 when you do a file open you had a Favorites folder on the open screen. it no longer appears in Access 2007. Can this be done in access 2007?

Okay - I am trying to take my list of names and addresses and "dedupe" it. The instructions I have received in the past from Microsoft is to create a query and then hit the "totals" icon and group all of the fields by var except for the field that has the info I want to dedupe.

Why is it, while Debugging, sometimes the value of a variable does NOT appear when the cursor is over that variable?? How do I ensure the value of the variable always appears? TIA - Bob
