Okay, I've been able to wrestle this program to get it to do what I want it
to.. except for the numbering I have at the bottom of the page.
What it's doing: after page ten, it starts counting over again. ie, page one
is -1- through ten: -10-. Page 11 displays as --1-- and 12 ...

I am a complete beginner with Access and would like to know how to calculate
total product costs in a form.  The fields in the Table I want use are Basic
Cost, Vat @14% and Total Cost.

I am wanting a user input a date as mmddyy onto a form.  So in my table
design I set the field up to have a format of mmddyy.  To do a quick test and
make sure it worked I just went into the datasheet view of my table and typed
in the number 042008, but I get and error

i have database Access 2003 , transfered from old server to new one ,
database exists on shared folder , all users have full permission on it,
problem that onely one user can open database and no one can opened , though
the connection state on database is shared not locked on ...

I have just come across a problem that Microsoft Access 2002 SP3 appears to
have yet the original (No Service Packs) doesn't.

I have imported two tables, Table A and Table B.
Table A has 200 records and Table B has 150 records.
The fields in both tables are identical.
How do I query records that are in Table A but not on Table B. The

A friend has basically a one man shop and wants to keep track of customer
