I hope I am asking this in the right forum. I am using Access 2007 and what I want to do is use a combo box (or list box) to show the contents of a directory on the C: Drive. And when the user selects a file it performs another function. Maybe I don’t need a combo box

I have a membership database but keep financial data in Quickbooks for complete accounting records. I want to be able to enter data into the membership database and move it to Quickbooks without having to re-enter it. Can this be done? Is it difficult?

Is there a way to color code the rows? Currently we have our spreadsheets in Excel and we utilize a color coding system to let us know what stage the claim is in, but I haven't found a way to do that in access as of yet.
