I have 2007 on my pc. Other staff have 2003. I can open their 2003 files in our shared file only as "Read Only." Any hints as to why? What is the fix?

I have text that I added to a report via the label control. I can't seem to change the font on this text. I have tried to highlight it and right click but it doesn't do anything. I do not see a Font option under Format. Where should I be looking? Thanks so much!
