I have lost my database on two occasions.  The last time is said it could not
convert to and mdb and died on me.  The second loss was from an .accdb which
I created by starting an enpty 2007 db then copying the tables, forms, and
modules from a 2003 mdb.  And I still ended up ...

I have 2007 on my pc. Other staff have 2003. I can open their 2003 files in  
our shared file only as "Read Only." Any hints as to why? What is the fix?

I have text that I added to a report via the label control.  I can't seem to
change the font on this text.  I have tried to highlight it and right click
but it doesn't do anything.  I do not see a Font option under Format.  Where
