Access 2007 runtime allows you to run an access application on a PC withuoit Access installed. But what happens to the warning message "a potential security risk has been identified" that you recieve if the file is not in a trusted location?

I have a query that has an unbound field that in the criteria I can put a date range in, what I would like to do is somehow link this to a form so that I don't have to always go into the query and edit the criteria its current format looks like this.

I have a code written which allows me to send a report from a button to specified users. I need to put in a signature of the sender with his/her email address in the message part of the code. As its all in quotes the email address will appear but not hyperlinked.

I have a database with user level security setup. I need to now transfer the database to another system. Can I do this along with the same security setup? Or can i do it without the security? any leads please? Ramesh

OK, reading here I saw someone has lost his database and there was talk about backup. What I'm doing for backup is ever so often, I copy/ paste a copy of my .mdb file. I have automatic backup software that then backs that up offsite.

i created a access data base .. which some other user must clear the data in the table .. when the other user is opening the db its opening as read-only file .. can anyone help me how to get over that ?.. thanks

Is there an input mask for numbers that have an international code? I have a number listed as 011496221-172229. I would like it to read in the format +44-(0)1224-XXXX-XXXX or is there a more proper format? I am using Access 2007, Windows XP.

I have 100 records in a table. Each record has a field with a numeric value in it. I want to write a report that contains a the sum of the value in all of these fields. However, I don't want each specific field record to show on the report.
