In my report, I want to sum the time for a particular item.  I have a field,
Duration, and it can have anywhere from 5 to 19 lines of time (short time).  
Nothing I try seems to work.

I'm trying to do a weekly report that counts the number of work orders
done during each week.  Given only the Open Date and Closed Date, I
can only know if a Work Order was opened during a certain week by
asking if Open Date was <= The end of the week and the Closed date is

Is there a function that, when given a parameter returns 0 if the parameter
is negative and returns the parameter when it is positive?  Here is the

I understand that Access database can be created from Excel file.  If you
have an Excel file that has each row containing data pertaining to each
individual, is it possible to produce a report where each page will contain
the information for just that row and print it out?

I'm using Access 2007 and yesterday we had a power failure and the machine

I have a big report that is listing customers and the reps/companies they
worked with.  I need to find out which of the customers have worked with a

I am trying to put together a FORM where the employee (mgr) schedules
cleaning jobs to be done for that day.
Each record will be a given DAY.  It will include the employees available

I use access 2003 sp2 with source safe.  Some little bugs but it works fine.
Having just upgraded to Office 2003 SP3, impossible to create a new database
from the source safe project.  Many messages during the import of many forms
(? error during importing, can't find record, ...) ...
