I have an Access 2003 format MDB with 530 of defined tables. The
tables have no data in them and on a machine that has office 2003 all
tables can be opened, and structure can be checked using Access 2003.
However, opening the same file (or a copy of the same file) on a

We have several Access databases stored on a server on our network.  One
database in particular won't open up when I double click on the desktop icon
but when I open up MS Access and choose file and open it works.  The desktop
shortcut is for sure pointing to the right direction ...

This is my current situation. I have a staff roster (table) with
employee information including 4 columns of work logins. Some will
only have one login but some have multiple logins and I need to be
able to pull information from the staff table into a query/report with

I have a 2003 DB that is a decent size ~350MB in a FE/BE
configuration. There are 5 or so users in the database at any given
time and I occasionally get record locking errors that don't seem to
