How can I close a form with required fields without the msg box popping up to enter required fields. I do not want the user to have to hit the escape button. I want the form to close without msgs.

I have a question to pass a list from either a table or query. I have a list of departments for example and I want to pass these (sorted by Category(Div#) and Dept#) so I dont have to enter them in the subform. Presently I have the following tables:

I love that you make discussion groups available, and use the one for Access a lot, but I would like to be able to sort items in a category by date, and I don't see able to. Could you either tell me how, or add it if it is not available?

I'm in Design view trying to add new controls to my form. I double-click the control on the Toolbox and drag it to my form. When I release it I get a popup dialog box that says "Cannot find project or library" with Ok button the only option. And it does not add the control.
