Whenever I create a text box and run it, the parameter value comes up. I am simply trying to add a field to me report without any calculations. I go to Expression builder and select the table and field and the parameter value always pops up, why? How do I fix this?

I have a database that I have imported from other sources. One of the columns I have created has a data type Yes/No with a tick box (I am in datasheet view of a table). Is there an easy way to tick every box other then ticking on each individual one. (I have 2418 records)

Spending hours developing or doing data entry in Access is causing neck strain. All other Office products have a zoom feature. With Access I spend a lot of time leaning toward the monitor. I am working on a laptop so changing the screen resolution makes it bigger but blurry.

Is there any way in Access 2003 to give someone access to run a set of reports without allowing them access to the tables? And if the only way is to create user and group accounts, is there a dummies version of how to do this. I have read the help and can't make heads or tails ...
