Whenever I create a text box and run it, the parameter value comes up. I am
simply trying to add a field to me report without any calculations. I go to
Expression builder and select the table and field and the parameter value
always pops up, why? How do I fix this?

Spending hours developing or doing data entry in Access is causing neck
strain.  All other Office products have a zoom feature.  With Access I spend
a lot of time leaning toward the monitor. I am working on a laptop so
changing the screen resolution makes it bigger but blurry.

Is there any way in Access 2003 to give someone access to run a set of
reports without allowing them access to the tables?  And if the only way is
to create user and group accounts, is there a dummies version of how to do
