I have a problem with a group of desktops. When the hit the VB6 line
of code that repairs the database it errs out with a cannot load DLL
message. I've reinstalled mdac26 and have tried everything I know but
can not seem to find what is the problem. Any ideas or suggestions?

When we distribute and subsequently install an Access app, is there a way to
designate the folder in Program Files as a trusted location?
Would a code-signing certificate solve the problem so the user could choose
to accept the publisher as a trusted publisher?

I am using access 2007. I have developed a database and have packaged it for
deployment. I have tried to enter data and it all goes well. HOWEVER after I
have closed the database and open again to add further data the previously

I have version 1 of a database with a split front-end and back-end. When I
get to version 2, how do I tell the ADE installer not to overwrite the
back-end if it exists but to install the back-end if this is a first time
installation of the program.
