I have reports of the packaging wizard installation package failing on vista similar to how it failed on xp-sp2. Has anyone figured out what file(s) might be at fault this time??

I have an access 2002 runtime app deployed with the packaging wizard. i did the fix in http://support.microsoft.com/?id=837150 for xpsp2, but now the first user to try vista gets the same failure. are there more files that need to be removed for vista? will it work at all on ...

I request help locating a download of Corporate Error Reporting tool CER, version 2.0. According to docs I have found it is the only current tool Microsoft has that is WER aware, even though its intended use was with Office development.
