I have an Access application. On some occasions MSACCESS remain open in background (I can see it on TaskManager) after the closing of the application. What can I do?

I have an MSDN Enterprise subscription which includes Visual Studio Tools for the Microsoft Office System. Supposedly that includes the Access 2003 Developer Extensions. I installed Tools, but when I go to Start, Microsoft Office there is no link to Access 2003 Developer Extensions.

I will be deploying an "unsecured" Access 2002 application in runtime format to a group that contains about 20 folks, most of whom I will never meet. By unsecured I mean it will run with the standard system.mdw, and the out of the box wide open admin privledges.
