I have an employee table which has unique employee ID as primary key. I need deal with another table and infromation using Login ID which the system re use the login ID after employees left There are some solutions for this, but I am not sure which one is the best.

I want to build a relationship between a query and a table. MS Access allows me to create a text(4) in the query and an integer field in the table. Does it make sense for this?

Is there a backup utility or Ad-In that will back up my db and save only say, 3 backups. I use the backup in Access 2007 but I need to go to the backup folder

I have tables that are deleting "backwards". For example tblA is the parent of tblB and tblB is the parent of tblC. When I delete a record from tblC (through its form which is a subform) it cascades back and deletes the parent record in tblA. I've never encountered this before.
