I'm getting a strange error in one particular record.  Somehow, a duplicate
record was created, and I cannot delete the record.  I get the message "The
search key was not found in any record."  It's an error 3709.
What might be my issue?

I created a DB a year ago in which one of the tables holds input from a form.

hint on how this is done?
