I had a form linked to a table that contained a delete button that allowed
the user to delete the current record.  
Eventually I wound up splitting the database so multiple users can use the
database and now my delete button does not work.

I have created a database and have 2 check boxes for Pass and Fail.  I
have both Pass and Fail unchecked to reduce mistakes.  I want to force
the user to have to manually check either boxes.

But recently, when a user opens a database called DbName.mdb, I find a file
file called DbName_Backup.mdb in the directory soon thereafter.

Hi was wondering if using outline view in Word would be the best way to
create a "blueprint" for a database I wish to create, or is there some other
option that would be better?
Also, what would be the main items I should make sure to include?
