network folder for multiple users to have access to it. However, when users
attempt to open the database it immediatley opens in read-only mode. I have

Every customer list data-entry variation creates a new listing. For example,
“Mrs. Smith’s” entered as “Mrs. Smiths” creates yet another “customer,” tied
to the transactions recorded to the variation.

I am using Access 2003.  I am not pulling data from any other database.
