If I am working in a massive table in Access and notice that my date is split
into 3 different colums, how would I integrate the three values in order to
have the date in a single column?

I play an Online Game and in the game a person can have more than one
character.  I was thinking of starting a database to track the members of
the group I am in but wanted some advice or direction as to tracking

From a switchboard, users click a button (based on a macro, which is based on
a parameter query) to search for a keyword or item number in my database.  
The results are displayed in a form.  When their search yields no matches,
the result is just the blank form background.  

I want to limit the amount of records in a given table to 6 records. Is that
possible? If yes, how?

into one field called 'Reach_Station'

i have a field name called: Party Date and its format is set to 'Short Date'
and default Value Is 'Now()' The problem i am getting is that this stores the
whole date and time i.e as follows: '17/06/2005 17:33:00' I want the value to
be stored as '17/06/2005' without the time as ...

I have a command button on one of my forms which I use to open a second
form (frmSameAs) in popup mode.
frmSameAs has a combobox on it which I use to list of the contacts in
my database.  I want the listing to exclude the current contact.

I'm kinda new to db building and I was wondering why a primary key
should be an ID (AutoNumber). I have a table with users where the field
Username should also be unique. Why shouldn't I set the Username field
as primary key?
