If I have a normalized db which needs to be updated with flat files from
Excel, what's the best way to update?
The Excel flat files are obviously not normalized, so it's not a simple
matter of doing a paste append or import to an existing table.

Which object takes up more memory form, report, or table.  I have a database
that is 2GB which I am looking to split.  I am wondering what is the most
efficient, in terms of memory, to break it into at least 2 other DBs.  Any

I copied my database to a test area and during some table renaming in the
test database I lost all the links between the tables in the relationships
diagram. The renaming was only temporary and all the original tables exist
again but the links are still missing.
