I don't know if this is the right area or not but I'll give it a shot.  
Basically what we are wanting is to make a database that will store
information that we currently have on written incident forms and be able to
run query's on this information if needed and sort by all types ...

It's me again, I would like to learn how can I make a customizable report.
So that the users can choose the fields they want to print and activate a
Query (even if its on SQL) so they get a report customized by them selves...

I've got a table which shows Account, WeekEndDate and Volume and it shows
data from the last 52 weeks. What I'd like to be able to do is create a table
that, for every week, shows which accounts have sum of volume greater than 0
