Okay, here's my question.
Taking the Northwind database, it is obvious that there are 3 types of
people.  Customers, Employees, and Supplier contacts.  Taking a OO
methodology, and considering inheritance, I would model that as a

I have a Parent table with a key field. I have 4 child tables. One
table  is a many-to-one relation and the other three are one-to-one.
The three that are one-to-one may or may not have data entered into
them.

I have a table (TABLE1) with a compound key (two fields). A CustomerID
