I am trying to create relationships between tables to do the following but Access dose not create the type of relationship I require. I need to get my table design correct so that Access knows what sort of relationship should be created.

I tried to create a DSN to Oracle9i database. I could not connect to the database. I get the error " ODBC conncetion failed" Whereas I can create a DSN and connect to an Oracle8 database. Any help is appreciated.

I want to be able to create a look up column that has subheadings. This will be used to select an Industry type. So there are 5 different types of industries and within the industries there are choices. Can I do this in access?

I built a web app that uses the autonumber for an order id in an Access 2000 db. Occasionally, a number or two is skipped (the customer insists they are not deleting records). The asp code is doing a rs.update to insert the new record.
