How do I create a report to print out the two column style cards?

I have created a database that holds information about different land
properties. It holds such info as location, owner etc.  Now I need to include
information such as which plant species are found on each site and I'm not

I know how to make one of the fields in a record be the entry date -- no
problem. What I also need is a "modified date" field where if any information
is changed in the record the date of the changes is automatically entered.
Can this be done and can anyone out there tell me how ...

I am designing reports but when it comes to saving it, I get this message
that tells me that I don't have exclusive rights to the database. I am the
only one in the database. I find out that I am locking myself out. I can see
