I am designing reports but when it comes to saving it, I get this message that tells me that I don't have exclusive rights to the database. I am the only one in the database. I find out that I am locking myself out. I can see a record locking type file through Explorer.

On 27 June I posted asking for advice on why a query would be running very slowly and yet at the same time, not troubling the CPU greatly. I still don't know the answer to this question, but I have done some experimenting and have achieved some dramatic results.

I have about 600 objects in my DB, of which about 120 are tables. Because of the DB design beeing altered all the time to be up-to-date to the data reposition demands, DB structure is constantly beeing altered, thus having to shutdown the db every once in a while to do

How do I merge a PDF with an Access Database? I am creating a database in Access to combine old and new information. I want to add the PDF's I have scanned in to the Database so all information is together. But I am lost as to how I need to do that.
