Is it possible to connect two foreign keys? if so, is this desirable? Why not?

I need to clear about 200,000 checkmarks in my database, does anyone know how
I can do this? I have tried REPLACE with (-1 with 0) and (Yes with No) but it
does not change the Checkboxes

I am using Office 2003.  Included is an example database named Northwind.mdb
that has an image associated with each record.  I am try to mimic that
function.
