i have used the start up tool in access 20003 on my database to load a form
when the database is opened and in the startup configuration i unchecked some
boxes.  now i cannot modify the databse anymore and i can't find out how to

RICK, I went to the Tools/Options area and changed the number in that box
from 1000 (default value) to 10000 since I don't think we'll reach that value
soon.  That did not help.  The values that show in a field in the Filter by
Form still only show IS NULL, IS NOT NULL.

I just want to draw out the numbers in my database that are not being used so
that they can go in a separate query or table so they can be reused.
