I'm creating a database to track prospects and buyers of
houses being built.  I need to tract prospect info,

I am using Access 2000
I created a database with an autonumber field that
consists of the year - dash - 4 digit incremening number.
In the format field I put "03 - "&&&&.  This gave me 03 -
saving calculated fields to table07 Jan 2004 11:12 GMT1
I have a couple of calculated fields that the values are generated off of one field.  They are showing up in the form but are not being transferred to the table.
[Hire Date] is the entry field, [Probationary End Date] is [Hire Date] +90 days,
[Annual Review] is [Hire Date]+1 yr and ...
