I purchased Access 2000 as a single program. I already have Word, Excel, Powerpoint. It installed "correctly" however it wont open because "The operating system is not presently configured to run this application". How do I resolve this?

What is the best way to make my DB a single instance application? In other words, the DB will only let the user open the DB once. If they try to open a second instance, it notifies them that it is already open. Thanks

With my Access 2002, the setting for Run With keeps changing back to "User's" after I set it to Owner's. Not right away, but after a few days. Is that a bug?

I've install Office 2007 and Office 2003 on Vista. Each time, I run MS Access 2007, it run the configuration window. As I run Access minimum 10 times per day, it's very annoying How can I avoid this ?
