A couple of years ago I needed a database and "found" Access 2000 on my XP
Home edition - somewhere. Now I would like to design another database without
disturbing the original but I can't find the programme design page. Can
anybody help and tell me where I should look?

Three users with no security and MDB on network.  Windows XP and Access 2003
SP2.  All set to Shared, No Locks, and Open database using record locking
level.
