I learned a hard lesson today, I crashed my database and lost the last 16 hours of entries (100+ records) Completely my fault. What is the best was to back my database up automatically when a new person signs on or off.

Have a Windows NT4.0 Server with Servicepack 6 in use. On this server is Office 97 installed. Our users can log into the server with remote desktop and open the access database. The only thing is that the remote users can't see all the menues, they are not viewable.
