In the startup selection under tools (Access 2003), one can check or uncheck
a box that says: "Allow Full Menus".  Is there a resource that specifies what
the "predefined subset" of menus is to which the app defaults when you
uncheck that box and don't allow full menus?

I changed the config of a databse, not to have any menus from Access, but now
I am not able to reactivate the menus!
