I have setup the startup of a database to restrict the user from all options...tool bar etc. However I have to go in there now and modify a form and query, but cannot even unhide the DB window. How do I get around this?

I have a machine that is running an Access 97 database. If I install VB.Net 2003 on the same machine, will Access 97 get hosed? Not sure if this should be a post here or in the .net newsgroup, but I thought I'd try here.
