Had to uninstall and reinstall Office 97 Pro on Win98SE machine. Access now will not start with a message: "Cannot run Access as there is no license on this machine".

I tried to install the Jet hot fix; it said I needed Office SP3. I installed same. The hot fix install still says I need SP3. My app is broken - Access causes a protection fault. Pleez help.
