I've got some problem. Can someone explain to me the procedure of how to

I secured a split 2002 Access database giving myself Admin rights and nobody
else.  Both the fe and be were secured using the wizard and creating a new
.mdw file.  I didn't have any problems and have done this multiple times to

As the folder contains MDE has to grant Read/Write/Execute permission, the
MDE file may be overwritten.   Is there any ways to prevent MDE file from

I created a exe file that joins the mdw file with the mdb. The exe file
prompts for a password as I wanted but when I open the mdb file I get right
in.  Any ideas on where I went wrong?

I want to secure my database which I created in Access 2007. As far I
understood it's no longer possible to provide workgroup security as it was
possible in early Access versions. I need to create two user groups: admins
