Can a database (MDB or MDE) be restricted to a certain PC by using a serial
number or other identification in the PC and place that in a hidden table or
other control?

I have an Access 2007 accdb database that I developed on a network drive for
a specific user.  The network drive is one she has had permission to use.  I
set the location of the database as a Trusted location for her using her
Trust Center configuration within her Access 2007.

I've got a secured Access 2003 db w/3 users set up as Admins.  The Admins
also have Modify Design permission on all tables/queries.  
For some reason, my database won't allow anyone in the Admins group other

After Office 2003 SP3 is applied, MS Access 2003 requires Full Control
permissions to properly compact a database.  This means changing permissions
all over my network shares from "Modify" to "Full Control".  Tech Support
says that this is a "Security Enhancement" in Access 2003 ...
