I am having a lil problem here. Is there a way to create just ONE shorcut that points to two (2) different folders where the ACCESS.EXE is located? e.g. "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office2003\OFFICE11\MSACCESS.EXE"

Having created a secured database and now have all the relevant passwords etc, it created a shortcut which i now run from. However, I need to distribute this file on to a shared drive and i cannot find the main file and can only run off the shortcut.

The open default on my database is set on exclusive. However, when I try to reset the password, I get the message that the database must be set on open exclusive in order to alter the password? Please help.

Within my database i have set up user groups with passwords and then have related user permissions. When a user tries to access something they aren't allowed to the error message comes up as "There was an error executing the command".

My first try at Access security, I used the wizard, and setup the passwords, etc. Now, when I try to open the DB, I get a message saying I don't have permission, and to contact the Admin (me). Where did I go wrong? It never prompts me to enter a password, and I'm not so sure ...

My daughter password protected a file on Access and forgot the password. Now, all of Access is password protected and I can not open any databases. Is there a way to get rid of this password. I have tried to uninstall and reload the program with no cahnge.
