I have a security problem where I am worried that an employee will copy
(i.e. steal) our app and run it on another machine.

I have just completed the development of a turn-key Access2k

I've got an XP2002 db that I secured via user level security.  My
problem is that my XP2003 users cannot open forms.  They get the error
"you do not have open/run priveleges on form"

Haven't been able to find an answer to thhis in the literature. If I
replicate a database, can anyone else modify the design master? So far I
haven't been able to figure out how to asign permission for this. Anyone else
opening the design master sees it as a replica.

Is there a way to take the user name from the access security feature and
hand it to a field in a db in order to know who posted a record?   Audit
tracking by user is basically what I mean.  Let me know.   Thanks

In my office only 3 out of 10 people have Access on their computers, but I
want all of them to be able to access the database i created, I've posted it
on the local server, but only the people with Access can currently use it.
