Is there any way to shift AllowByPassKey from False to True?
I forget to save one original mdb (having AllowByPassKey True)..
After setting the value False, is there any way to access the tables in mdb?

I am trying to open an Access 2003 Database.  It is giving me Error 3197 so
I cannot open it.  Compact and Repair gives the same error message.
