The back end file is on a Public share on our server. I have confirmed the
client machine has permissions.
I was able to join the workgroup for the client machine (the workgroup mdw
file is also in the Public share).

I have disabled the password bypass key but am told that some users are still
managing to get into the database by using the F12 or "power keys" - what
does this mean and how do I prevent this?

If one use is openning the access file, the other user are not be able to
open the same file on the network, they get message similar like "The file is
openned by admin,.....". How can I set the security to everyone can open it
at the same time?

I created a new workgroup called Reg, but when I join it. It tells me that I
