I read one article about how to secure database windows etc and just to show the Form only. The step I did is : Click the ToolStart Up Menu and then (a) Uncheck Display Database Windows (b) Put the Display For,/Page eg Main Menu

I have setup desktop shortcut to point to security file on the server where the user has to login in to db. If the user exits the app with or without closing access, they can access the db again using the desktop copy without logging in.
