I cannot save a doc. in word saying I have a file permission error?

What changes need to be made to a front end of an Access database so that a
user can't type in their password, hold down the shift key, and click on OK
so they have access to the tables etc. ?

I created user passwords for a database.  Now I cannot get into ANY databases
in access, and none of the passwords work.

i created an acess database and i do not want any logon screen to pop up when
i open the database. there is no password set,and i have to hit enter
