I'm being forced by a business software review to upgrade users with

2000 and I have limited time to perform testing in the 2002
environment. Does anyone know of a 'checklist' of things to look out
/RO  not working with linked tables14 Feb 2006 21:42 GMT1
I have a database (db1) that uses linked tables in db2.  I use a shortcut to
launch db1 with the /ro option.  When db1 opens, it announces that it is
Read-Only, but it still allows me to change the data in the linked db2.  Any
way to fix this?  I'm trying not to use Workgroups.  ...

I have an Access Database that is used by up to 10 users simultaneously.

had the only "full" version. This has worked well for keeping people out of
places in the database they really shouldn't be in. ...

Will It Be Fixed?13 Feb 2006 07:32 GMT9
Its fairly common knowledge that Access (and, for that matter, Office)
